Meet the Founder

Whitney Tolliver

Founder & Lead Facilitator

Whitney Tolliver is an educator, nonprofit leader, entrepreneur, and advocate committed to strengthening the well-being of educators, students, and communities. A native of Wichita, Kansas, she holds degrees in Integrated Marketing Communications and Early Childhood Education, along with a Building-Level Leadership Certification.

With experience as both a classroom teacher and assistant principal, Whitney brings a deep understanding of the needs of educators and school communities. Her work has expanded beyond the classroom to include nonprofit leadership, program development, community partnerships, and professional learning.

Whitney is the founder of All Things Well Collective, where she develops workshops, coaching, and organizational support that help educators and teams strengthen well-being, build healthier workplace practices, and create intentional approaches to self-care, rest, and sustainable work.
